WOD: Wednesday

Perform three, 6 min AMRAP’s of:
15 Drop Jumps 24/20″
12 Push Press 52.5/35kg
9 Toes to Bar
*rest 1 min after the first round and 2 minutes after the second.
*start each new work period from where you got up to in the last.

*This is an interval version of CF Open WOD 12.3. The idea here is that you should sustain higher quality and output of movement over the 6 minute efforts compared with a continuous 18 minute effort.
Unlike the CF Open, the box jumps must be performed as drop jumps (start on top of the box and rebound off the balls of the feet with minimal ground contact time). If you’re unable to drop jump at the prescribed height then scale it back to a height that allows you to do it.
