WOD: Wednesday

A. Alternate between the following each minute for 7 rounds:
min. 1: 3 Push Press (AHAP) – hold overhead for a 5 count on each rep.
min. 2: 7 Drop Jumps

B. Complete 250 Double-unders in as few sets as possible.
*7 min cut off.

Post load, height and sets to comments.
