A. Alternate between the following for 7 rounds:
min. 1: 1 Power Snatch, 2 Snatch Grip BTN Push Press, 3 Overhead Squats
min. 2: Strict Pull-ups (pick your own reps)

B. AMRAP in 8 min of:
1 min Squat Bottom Hold
Run 100m
*Bottom hold must be active with hands higher than shoulders.
