A. Alternate between the following for 7 rounds:
min 1. Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Squat Clean
min 2. 30 Mountain Climbers
*Warm up and use the same load for all sets.

B. Three rounds:
1 min. Toes to Bar
1 min. Rest
