WOD: Thursday

*Please note that the 5.00, 6.00 and 9.30 am sessions will run the WOD as below and from 12.00-7.00pm the gym will be open for 13.4 Validations. Please feel free to drop in and support your fellow athletes at any time during these hours.
For anyone who is competing in the Open that still wants to come in for the early session, please feel free to work on skills.

Perform 8 x Tabata Intervals of the following:
