A. Perform 1 Turkish Get up per arm each minute for 10 minutes.

B. Increment as far as possible in 12 minutes:
1 Pull-ups
2 Push-ups
2 Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
3 Pull-ups
6 Push-ups
etc. etc.
