WOD: Wednesday

A. Work to a heavy Push Press triple (20 min).
*Be sure to get 5 heavy sets done in the process.

B. AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Box Jump Overs 20″
20 Grasshoppers
30 Wall Squats
*you can jump straight over or make contact with the box on the jump overs.
*shin must contact forearm for each rep of grasshopper.
*stand as close as practical to the wall for the squats.
