A. Split Jerk – Doubles (25 min).

B. Partner WOD:
AMRAP in 10 min. of Farmers Carry 40m.
*One partner will farmers carry while the other holds the top of a pull-up.
*Progress may not be made on the farmers carry if the other partner is not in position.
*Go heavy.
