WOD: Friday

Death by Pull/Push:
Perform 1 Pulling movement (muscle-up, pull-up, ring row etc) in the 1st minute, 2 in the 2nd minute etc etc. Once you fail on the Pulls, rest a minute and switch onto a Pushing movement (HSPU, Ring Dip, Push-up etc) using the same format.
