WOD: Wednesday

A. Complete 5 rounds for max load of:
min 1. 3 Clean Deadlift + 3 Hang Power Clean + 3 Push Jerk
min 2. Rest
*aim to add weight on each set.

B. Death by Burpees.
*increment by 2 reps if you’re good at Burpees.
*each Burpee terminates with a 1m broad jump.
*start back at 1 rep each time you fail until the last person finishes.
