WOD: Monday

A. Back Squat 3 x 5 (add 2.5kg to last time)

B. 5 rounds for reps of:
1 min. OH Weighted Lunge 24/16kg
1 min. Broad Jump 2.0/1.5m
*Lunges are performed with a single kettlebell in the overhead position.

Some reassurance for any of our ladies that are scared of becoming huge.  These women are under 48kg and are snatching more than all but of a few of the men in our gym.
