WOD: Thursday

A. Snatch 1 rep each minute for 10 minutes.
*Any style but no press outs.
*Go for a PR if you’re lifting well.

B. EMOM for 5 minutes perform X reps Double-unders.
*Pick a number of reps with the aim of repeating it for each of the five rounds.
*For added challenge perform 1 Burpee for each break in the set.
