*Wear long socks, skins or tracksuit pants.

B. AMRAP in 15 min of:
2 x 20m Overhead Carry  2 x 24/16kg KB
1 Rope Climb
2 x 20m Farmers Carry 2 x 24/16kg KB
1 Rope Climb
* A suitable substitute will be offered for those who can’t climb a rope.
