A. 1RM Back Squat
*Today’s 1RM Back Squat will mark the culmination of the linear progression we have been following for the last 6 months. As of next week, and for the following three months we will be applying the same linear progression to the Front Squat.
Considering that many athletes are performing three sets of five at loads in excess of their previous 1RM, I am certainly excited to see what results this workout will bring. Fire up for some heavy lifting!
