WOD: Wednesday

A. Alternate between the following exercises for 7 rounds:
Min 1: 5 Drop Jumps
Min 2: 30 sec Toes to Bar
*Work to a near maximal set of 5 reps for the drop jumps and hold across all rounds.

B. Max reps Double-unders in 7 minutes.
*Perform 10 x Strict ABMAT Sit-ups each time you break.
