WOD: Thursday

Seven rounds for load and time of:
5 Hang Power Clean
30 Lateral Jumps (over barbell)
5 Push Jerk
1 min Prone Bridge Hold
*use 70-80% of 1RM Power Clean/Push Jerk (whichever is lowest) for HPC.
*Prone Bridge must be unbroken in all rounds for rx’d.
