WOD: Friday

A. Front Squat 3 x 5 (add 2.5kg to last time)

B. Clean + Thruster Ladder.
Perform 1 Clean + 1 Thruster in the 1st min., 1 Clean + 2 Thrusters in the 2nd min., 1 Clean + 3 Thrusters in the 3rd min, etc. etc.
*Rx’d ladies will start at 20kg and increment by 5kg per bar.
*Rx’d Men will start at 30kg and increment by 5kg per bar.
