WOD: Wednesday

For total load and time:
Run 800m
20 x Snatch
Run 800m
*Choose your own weight for the Snatch.
*Once you return from the run you may wait as long as you like to start your snatches, however once you have performed your first lift you are obliged to keep lifting on the minute for 10 minutes.
*You will get 2 reps only at the snatch each minute for 10 minutes.
*Any missed lifts cannot be repeated and will detract from your final total.
