Seven rounds for load:
1 Snatch Deadlift
1 Hang Snatch
1 Snatch Balance
1 Overhead Squat
*Rest between rounds
*Aim to increment the weight on each round.

Post start and finish weight to comments.

Insane strength – that’s 105kg!  Try this with an empty barbell and you’ll see what I mean.
