WOD: Monday

21-15-9 reps for time of:
KB Swing 24/16kg
Box Jump 24/20″ (jump up/step down)

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Wall Ball 10/6kg
Toes to Bar

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Ball Slam
Weighted Lunge 20/15kg

All three mini workouts have a 6 minute cut off. If you finish before 6 minutes, rest for the remainder and start the next mini workout. If you are still going at the 6 minute mark on any of the workouts, move straight on to the next workout. Rx’d is awarded for using prescribed weight/movement and completing each mini workout within the 6 minute cap.
