WOD: Friday

A. Perform 1 Turkish Get-up (per arm) on the minute each minute for 10 minutes.
*Pick a challenging weight and aim to stick with it for the 10 rounds.

B. Work as far as you can in 10 minutes through:
5 Jump and Touch 45cm
5 Hollow Rock
10 Jump and Touch 45cm
10 Hollow Rock
etc. etc.
