A. Complete 5 cycles of:
min 1: 15 Kettlebell Swings
min 2: Pull MU, Pull-up (strict/kip), Ring Row etc.
*Pick your own reps and movement for the pulling exercise.

B. Max Double-unders in 7 minutes.
*Run 100m each time you break.
