A. Partner WOD
Alternating with a partner climb as far up the ladder in 7 minutes:
1 Toes to bar (T2B) each
2 T2B
3 T2B
4 T2B ….

B. Partner WOD
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400m
*Partner not running must hold unbroken plank for rxd.
