AMRAP in 20 min of:
Run (short loop)
Bear Crawl 20m
L-Sit (you choose the time)
*The score for this workout is accumulated time spent in L-sit. You get to choose the time you hold (in 5 second increments) but you must maintain the time you have chosen (in unbroken efforts) for the entire workout. If you break your L-Sit you must run and bear crawl again before your next L-Sit attempt.
