A. Increment as far as possible in 12 minutes:

5 Front Squat
etc.
*Sets must be performed UB for rx’d.
*Bar is taken from the ground.
*Choose your own challenging load.

B. Three rounds for time of:
30 Wall Ball
15 Toes to Bar
