EMOM for 20 rounds:
1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat
*there will be a rest minute every four rounds to make weight adjustments.
*aim to be at a near maximal but tidy load by the 3rd weight increment and then drop back by about 10-15% for the last 4 sets.
