A Good Warm-up

For those of you who are in the gym early and would like some guidance on some pre class warming up, the video below (courtesy of Catalyst Athletics) details a great general warm-up that will work well for just about any occasion.  A list of these movement is up on the whiteboard in the back room – please feel free to work through these movements prior to starting your class.  Give it a try – you will be amazed at how well you perform with some extra time spent warming up.
Please note that this won’t replace the warm up during your class rather it is just a way of providing guidance to those who would like to do a little extra.
