Living Well Challenge- 11th March

ARE YOU LIVING WELL? 
On a daily basis we have discussion with individuals about their struggles (both physically and mentally) and it has become hugely apparent that many people don’t understand or priorities the basics of good physical and mental health. Nutrition and Training although hugely important, are only two influencing factors of wellness. By understanding the “pillars” of health it is our goal to assist you in making your own decisions towards leading a better quality life (I.e. Wellness- both physically and mentally).

On Wendesday 11th March at 5:30pm we will be kicking off a “LIVING WELL CHALLENGE“. (Miminum of 10 people required for this event to run).

We will identifying and explain the 9 pillars of health (http://whole9life.com/) discussing their importance in achieving “wellness”.

2. SLEEP
3. TRAINING
4. STRESS MANAGEMENT
5. SOCIAL CONNECTION
6. ENVIRONMENT
7. PERSONAL GROWTH
8. FUN & PLAY
9. TEMPERANCE

During this session we will determine our strengths and weaknesses and come up with a plan to put into action moving forward.

This is not a short term fix but rather a way to prioritize what is important and implement lifestyle changes that will benefit you and your family in living a healthy life.

We do not claim to be experts and we are not physiologist or nutritionist but are working from our base of experience and are here to assist you in anyway we can. We would love to open up discussion on all aspects of health, and am sure you have something you can bring to the table in assisting others towards a life of wellness.

We have a wonderful community who are supporting one another on their journey and everyone has something to give.
