A. EMOM x 10 minutes:
Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean *
* Repetitions to be combined
* Climb in weight every 2 rounds

B. Advance as far as possible in 4-3-2-1 minutes:
Power Clean 70/45kg
Hand stand push-up
(Repetitions 1-2-3-4...)
* Rest 2 minutes between efforts
