Five rounds (unbroken) each for load:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 push jerks
*All 27 reps to be unbroken. (Can rest anyhow with the bar off the ground).

  • Partner up (YGIG) allowing rest btw sets and adding accountability.
  • Record weight for each round.
    40-45-50-50-50= 235kg
