Geoff from BE STRONG Physio has kindly volunteered his time, offering his knowledge and expertise regarding common injuries we may experience in CrossFit – What they are and how they occur.
He will provide guidance towards proactive injury prevention, and some specifics on how to best recover from injuries – Self maintenance, treatments, etc. The session will be followed with a Q&A.
KNOWLEDGE is KEY- This session will assist everyone.
