7-5-3-1 round, each for load of:
1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Front Squat *
*All sets need to be unbroken (Touch & go).
*Movements can not be linked.
*Rest as needed between sets.
