Hang Dumbbell Snatch (right side) 22.5/15kg

Mobility: Roll/stretch, trigger point therapy, sauna.
Gymnastics: EMOM x 10mins ‘X’ Knees to elbow
Conditioning: Three rounds: 400m run/Plank for equal run time.
