“Living Better Challenge”

We kicked of our “Living Better Challenge” with a presentation on the 5th June.
It was great to see so many people come on board wanting to actively work towards better health and longevity.
During our presentation we established personal goals for a minimum of 4 weeks (Sustainability was key).
With the focus on the foundations of health.
– Nutrition
– Exercise
– Water Intake
– Sleep
– Stress

This CHECK In– will allow us to discuss our progress (Positive, negative or in between) to see our best way forward. We are not looking for perfect we are looking for better – one step at a time.

Start any time – you didn’t have to be there at the start. This is suitable for anyone looking to improve your health and quality of life. This is a journey… small steps in the right direction.
