WOD: Saturday

Today is the last day for validations of the CrossFit Open.  Let’s get as many people as possible into the gym from 7.00am to cheer on the remaining athletes yet to be validated.  Also, don’t forget barefoot bowls at the Kawana Bowls Club from 3.30pm.

CrossFit Open 13.5
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15 Thruster 45/30kg
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
