A. Pendlay Row 8-8-8-8

B. AMRAP in 8 min of Double-unders:
*start each minute with Burpees (reps are your choice).
*your score is the number of Burpees multiplied by the total number of Double-unders. eg. If you decide to do 10 Burpees each minute and a total of 200 Double-unders, your score = 2000.
*you must maintain your chosen number of Burpees each minute to get an rx’d.
