WOD: Wednesday

6 x 2 min rounds of:
3 x Barbell Complex 60/40kg (no dumping)
10 x 10m Shuttle Run
ME Front Rack Alternating Lunge 60/40kg
*2 min rest between rounds.
*Accumulate 60 seconds in the plank during your rest.
*You must complete the Shuttle Runs in each round for rx’d
