A. Pull-up (weighted) 7 x 3
*Performed on a 90 sec. cycle.
*Pick the heaviest/hardest movement you expect to be able to repeat for the 7 sets.

B. For sets & time:
30 Muscle-ups
*10 min cap.
*An appropriate sub will be offered for those without M.U’s

C. 50 x 6 count Burpees
