B. AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squat 55/40kg
10 Muscle-ups

Beach WOD 2 Aug 13Beach WOD Aug 13It was great to see a good turn out for Saturday’s Beach WOD.  With such beautiful surroundings we should definitely get outside of the gym more often!
