A. On the minute for 10 rounds:
1 Turkish Get-up per arm.
*Go as heavy as possible whilst aiming not to fail any rounds.

B. Each 30 seconds for 7.00 min:
Wall Ball 10/6kg
*Pick your own reps.
*Must maintain for rx’d.
