Try this awesome recipe for HOME MADE CHOCOLATE (you won’t regret it):
70grams of finely grated cacao butter
1/2 cup raw cacao powder sifted
2 tablespoons of honey
seeds from 2 vanilla pods or vanilla paste (optional)
sprinkle of fine Himalayan salt.
Method: Melt Cacao butter in small bowl. Remove from heat and mix in cacao powder, honey, vanilla seeds and salt. Fill into chocolate moulds or container and refrigerate until set.
Suggestion: Add in some goji berries and coconut. A great treat without the sugar (Marie’s favourite).
