Clash on the Coast 2019
Thank you to all that attended the Clash on the Coast 2019. We had a great day and hope you did as well.

Our aim was to provide a great community competition where everyone could participate, be challenged and throw down in some awesome company. The atmosphere and spirit of the day was amazing!!! A true showcase of what CrossFit and our community is about. We love it!!!!
Spirit of the Clash TEAM: “The MisFits” CrossFit Contessa. These girls were the only all girl team, with 2 team members completing the male weight even though we offered for them all to do female weights.

We couldn’t help but be impressed and inspired by our eldest competitor on the day. Competing in her first CrossFit competition she was unsure of what was going to be thrown her way. Deb took it all in her stride and performed better than she expected on all workouts. A true testament to CrossFit and true spirit. Well done Deb.
