A. Build to a heavy Dumbbell Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat or Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat.

B. Open 22.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Wall Walks
12 Dumbbell Snatches 22/15kg
15 Box Jump overs 24/20″
