3 x 4 maintain light load
3 x 3 maintain moderate load
10 x 2 build in load
* Alternate sets with partner 1:1 timeframe (including weightchanges)

B. Two rounds for time of:
100 Double-unders
25 Thrusters 25/15kg
15 Pull-ups
