*Please note that the session at Pt Cartwright is cancelled and our normal sessions will take place at the gym at the normal times.

Complete seven, 2 minute rounds of:
10 x 10m Shuttle Run
5 Hang Squat Clean 50/35kg
M.E. Double-unders
*”Rest” 2 min between rounds.
*Accumulate 60 sec. in the prone bridge position during each 2 minute “rest”.
