Team Workout
For time:
Run 1600m
100 Hand Release Push-ups
200 Sit-ups
300 Squats
Run 1600m
*Perform in teams of 2 or 3.
*All team members will must have completed the first run before starting on the Push-ups.
*Only one team member working at a time during the calisthenics.
*Sit up are strict with feet anchored.
*Partition the reps anyhow.
*Team time is based on last run finisher.
*40 min cut off.
