Drop Snatch + Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat (1+2+3)
*Build in weight progressively, discard the weaker lifts as they become limiting.

100m Farmers Carry 2 x 24/16kg
10 x 10m Sled Push 20/0kg
100m Overhead Carry 20/15kg
