Labour Day

Due to the Labour Day public holiday Monday 2nd May, we won’t be running our regular sessions, but…

We will be running an Open Gym from 3:30pm – 5pm.

As always a WOD will be provided for those who are unsure of what to do.
We hope to see you all there!!!

ANZAC Day

The Anzac Day public holiday is not like other public holidays. It’s a day of remembrance, reflection, and honoring sacrifice. As Australians, we all embody the Anzac spirit. One way in which our community can collectively do this is by throwing down and finishing a Hero WOD.

Join us for dawn service at Kawana Waters Surf Club, then at 8:30am for “Wood”. The first ever officially sanctioned Australian Hero WOD.
