– Classes run for an hour with a different format each day.
– Five CrossFit sessions every weekday and Saturday morning.
– Class are capped depending upon the technicality of the session.
– A thorough warm-up, explanation, demonstration and cool down in each session.
– Open gym time (Friday 4.00-5.00pm) where athletes can catch up on a missed WOD, work on a specific skill, chat about nutrition etc.
